Many of our customers need that “extra little touch” to make their parts stand out from the rest. We are proud to have the capability to “add value” to their component, thus enabling them to get a better product and save overall production cost.

In the first image below, we provide value added assembly of the product. In the second image we provide secondary processing to achieve customer expected tolerances and surface finish. In the third image WL molding worked with customer to provide solution to have both screws insert molded in the part eliminating additional step in their process. Last image demonstrates insertion of nut in the part utilizing sonic weld process.
